The mission of the Discover Tuscany Team,
tour operator, travel agency and guide, located in Florence, is to create and carry out unique, worry free and tailored itineraries, events, and tours for visitors who are curious and passionate about experiencing the authentic flavour of the culture, hospitality, history, landscape and culinary aspects of Tuscany and all of Italy.

Andrea GuagniAndrea’s passion is cooking and you will see that during our cooking lessons or if you select to have a private dinner cooked at your home! He also works in the field getting our guests where they need to go - he knows the back roads only as a native Tuscan can. But he excels in many areas and is a fundamental player in organizing the logistics of our programs. Andrea takes care of all administrative activities as well as the putting together of all the individual pieces of the tours, transfers, lodgings and surprises along the way.

Guido Fratini
Guido Fratini has been travelling Tuscany for over 20 years, and you can really say he knows it like no other. If there is a secret corner to be found, a one of a kind town, the perfect vineyard or a special request - Guido Fratini will find it and get you there by foot, by bike, by ski, by car - you name it! Trained in all types of sports activities Guido Fratini has perfect solutions to combining this unique territory with active vacation tours for all styles of living. Guido Fratini excels at bringing the unexpected to a group - once he knows your secret desires for Tuscany he will dig down into his bag of tricks and surprise you with just the perfect touch.
When Guido Fratini is not busy organizing, creating and performing tours he is teaching. Guido Fratini love for nature and the Tuscan countryside make him the perfect teacher for members of the Tuscan community who are curious in learning how to protect this wonderful habitat. Guido Fratini works closely with the region of Tuscany to train new environmental guides, create new itineraries higlighting the landscape and natural treasures and he collaborates with other organizations in the community to safeguard the patrimony that abounds in Tuscany.
