Costole Sedano al Mascarpone (Celery ribs with mascarpone cheese)
Polentina con Fonduta (Tuscan style fried corn meal with a rich creamy cheese sauce)
Prugne al Bacon (Dried prunes with bacon)

Sit Down Buffet style:
Terrina di fegato di pollame con fonduta di pecorino dolce (Tureen filled with Tuscan chicken liver pate covered with a creamy sweet cheese topping)
Involtini di Melanzane con mozzarelline gratinati ( Eggplant rolls with filled with melted mozzarella)
Crostini caldi alla lampada (Toasted Italian bread with traditional sauces and olive oil)
Tagliere di salumi Tipici (Soprassata, Sbriciolona, Salame toscano) A selection of typical Tuscan salumi

Corinne wrote... "I experienced a wonderful week last fall in the Chianti Classico region of Italy with Christina and Guido. Christina with her great experience and knowledge of the area put together an unforgettable experience which satisfied several of my interests including food, wine, art, culture, and walks through the countryside. Guido added even more to the experience with his local knowledge, contacts, positive energy, and his light hearted and friendly manner. The small group of women that Christina put together for this trip couldn't have been better. She is very sensitive to the needs of the group and obviously has the respect of her many terrific contacts in this region."
