Two modern and convenient apartments located within walking distance of a local supermarket and restaurant are perfect for two families travelling together or family with children looking for modern amenities and comfort.

Each apartment is equipped with a fully loaded kitchen (stove with oven, large family refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils). The vacation villa rental has an easy to navigate floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all on the ground floor as well as one of the three bedrooms with a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds that can become a double upon request. Behind each apartment rental is a lush green garden with a fence – perfect for keeping small children away from the pool area. Each apartment has access to a large sunny pool area furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Though set in a rural area, you are truly minutes from the classical Chianti areas of Greve and Radda and only a short distance to either Siena or Florence. The position is ideal for site seeing – or simply relaxing by the pool, enjoy some typical Tuscan sun and strolling over to the Italian café for an afternoon ice cream – or merenda, the classical Italian afternoon snack of panini and a glass of wine . . . Chianti, of course.
