this newly remodelled single family home is situated on two floors. The first floor offers a large and relaxing living room area with Sat TV and seating for the entire group. Down stairs you enter into a large eat-in kitchen with fireplace for those cooler evenings or for when you want to create a traditional Italian style BBQ. All three bedrooms are located on this floor - two of which have en suite bathrooms and one bedroom has the bathroom directly in front. The villa rental near Greve in Chianti is ideal of small families or couples travelling together. The position is ideal for day trips to wonderful places like Siena, San Gimignano and Florence.
