The main villa is set on two floors, divided between the kitchen, formal dining area and large living room and the first floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. As you enter into the villa there is a large and fully equipped kitchen to the right of the large lobby area and to the left of the lobby is the formal dining area and a spacious living room with fireplace. Upstairs, set on several levels, you will find the four bedrooms, of which three are permanent doubles and one bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There are a total of three bathrooms in the main part of the vacation rental. Next door to the villa rental is a second apartment which opens to a spacious living area restructured with real terracotta floors, thick wood beamed ceilings and rich wine colors. This apartment has two bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. There is an independent kitchen in this apartment, so that even friends or family travelling together can have their own privacy. Cortona and all of its splendor is laid on display infront of this vacation rental villa. You will find a charming private garden area and a size pool. The villa is within walking distance of resaurants, cafes, shops and open air markets - just like in the film.
