This sprawling vacation rental between Umbria and Tuscany

is divided into two structures which are always rented together. The larger of the two enters into a spacious living room with fireplace and a formal dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern ameneties making meals a breeze...or you can arrange to have chef come in and take care of all of the details. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor of the villa, which has been completely restructured maintaining distinct Tuscan characteristics such as the rustic earthy colors, terracotta accents and dark wood beams.

This luxury villa is set in an ideal position between the two famous regions of Umbria and Tuscany offering the most - between the cities of art Perugia and Assisi to cities of wine such as Montepulciano and Arezzo. There is a large garden surrounding the villa with a well cared for pool area and covered picnic tables and chairs.
