The ground floor of this Tuscan rental home has a large eat-in kitchen, formal dining area and a comfortable living centered around a traditional and functional fireplace. Two of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with an en suite bathroom and shower. There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Up a large sweeping stairwell, one opens to a second super large living room with large panoramic windows over looking the private pool and the valley of Greve. There are three double bedrooms on the first floor and two large bathrooms each with a shower and a tub. The private villa rental is totally fenced in and offers the extra protection of a remote controlled entrance gate. In front of the villa directly above the sunny private pool area, there is a friendly out door covered terrace for enjoying meals and relaxing sunsets.
